Back-to-School Style for Moms
It’s that time of year again, back to school! If you’re like me you’ve been spending the last couple weeks picking out school supplies, snagging new threads for your kiddos and thinking about packing up lunches and doing the homework grind again.
I loved back to school as a kid, picking out school supplies was a fave. Still to this day I love a good notebook and some pens! Back to school doesn’t have to be all about your kids, while you’re at Target picking out school supplies don’t forget about yourself!
I’m all about easy basics, easy for layering, dressing up and dressing down. Luckily Target has a ton of easy basic tee’s for this! I love these Mossimo tees. They come in a variety of fits and colors. And the price point can’t be beat. I picked up a few in some of my favorite colors.

Both the jeans and the basic tee’s keep me in step with my style and make it easy to get dressed in the mornings. Especially when I have a million things to get done during the day, my outfit is the last thing I want to think about. This is my easy Mom-style. Let’s take a look at some stylish outfits I put together using these items.
I also really love the Mossimo skinny jeans, I always like having a light wash and a darker wash in my dresser. Easy denim that fits well for mornings when I need to throw on jeans and a t-shirt and get to school drop off quick.
I put together two easy outfits below. The first is simple and basic t-shirt and jeans. Paired with my favorite blush pink slip ons from Target. Easy shoes are a must when going from home to school drop off. Add a sparkly necklace and kick your outfit up a notch.

The second is an easy transitional outfit perfect for Fall, PTO meetings and running errands. I love this army green vest for layering in the Fall. A black and white stripe tee is a must have for every closet in my book!
