Bold Fall Makeup Colors

We aren’t exactly looking forward to fall after an awesome summer, but checking out bold, darker fall makeup colors is making up for the chillier weather.

A lot of people are afraid to experiment with makeup, but we love to try new colors.  They are a reasonable and fun indulgence and it’s just makeup.  If we hate it, it washes right off.

Put your fears aside and try a dark lip color.  We love red and for fall changing it up to a deep berry is fun and there is definitely a shade suitable for everyone.

Brown eye shadow is always a hit.  Use the lighter colors in the Maybelline palate for day and create a dark, sexy smoky eye for evening.

We also love glitter.  Let’s face it, the world isn’t always a fun, happy place, and glitter makes our days just a little bit better.  Whether you are young or old, glitter adds a little sparkle to your day and spring to your step.  It might seem childish, but we always get compliments on our sparkle and shine!

Highlighters are a good way to add a subtle sheen if you don’t want to take the full-on glitter plunge or love it so much but want a toned down version for work.  Plus, highlighters and glitter are a great way to transition from summer to fall to the holidays.  Everyone needs some bling at Christmastime.
