DIY Classroom Halloween Treats that Won’t Break the Bank
Yesssss, Halloween will be here in a few weeks! We are getting ready to give our little classroom friends the cutest and healthy”ish” treats. The best part? You won’t spend more than $15 to make fifty treats! Keep reading below to see what we used and how to put together our classroom Halloween treats.
DIY Classroom Halloween Treats that won’t break the bank
This year, the “Halloween Shop” at Target is to die for! There are decorations, stationery, games, you name it. For our classroom Halloween treats we used the following:
- Halloween memory game (2 packs)
- Black forest organic Halloween lollipops (2 bags)
- Elmers glue tape runner (or any glue you are comfortable with)
- A stapler
Step 1: Gather the cards from the memory game and choose two cards.
Step 2: We chose two identical cards.
Step 3: Grab the glue roller tape and add glue to the top of one card. (The photo below shows with yellow dots where we added glue.)
Step 4: Insert one lollipop through the middle of both cards. We made sure the cards were glued together firmly so the lollipop wouldn’t “bust” through the cards.
Step 5: Staple the bottom of the cards to secure the lollipop.
That’s it! We hope you make these for your classroom’s kids and have a safe a happy Halloween!
