DIY Spring Flour Sack Dish Towels
Today we are super excited to share with you a DIY flour sack dish towels we made using textile markers from Target. These only took thirty minutes to make and will add a pop of color to your kitchen for Spring.
DIY Spring Flour Sack Dish Towels Materials
- Flour sack dish towels
- Kid Made Modern textile markers
- Any color cardstock
- Confetti punch or a standard single hole punch
DIY Spring Flour Sack Dish Towels Tutorial
- Gather the following supplies, flour sack dish towels, cardstock, and punch.
- Punch a few confetti holes like shown in the photo above. If you don’t have a confetti punch, you can use a single hole punch and make a few random holes. Now we have a custom “stencil” ready for use.
- Next, grab the textile markers and let the fun begin!
Place one dish towel on a flat surface and put the stencil on top of it. Then color inside the holes with the textile markers. Play with different color combinations and have fun. The markers come in twelve colors.
