Ingredients:

The coconut and olive oil add moisture to your hair and contain amino acids that make your hair stronger and more flexible. Honey is hydrating and eggs are full of protein which will help make your hair stronger and less prone to breakage.

You can use the essential oils of your choice. Oils like tea tree and eucalyptus have antifungal properties which are great if you are experiencing scalp issues. Lavender is moisturizing and relaxing (great to use before bed!). If you want to feel energized, try a citrus scent like lemon or sweet orange.

Directions:

Begin by warming the coconut oil so that it is liquid. Most brands of coconut oil are solid at room temperature, so you will need to warm the oil until it has melted. If you try to heat it after you mix all the hair mask ingredients together, the egg will cook so make sure to either heat the coconut oil first in the microwave or on the stove, or use one that is already liquid at room temperature like Carrington Farms Cooking Coconut Oil.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and whisk them together with a fork.

Apply to your hair and cover with a shower cap.

Let sit for about 15 minutes. Consider using this mask while relaxing in a nice warm bath. The steam from the bath will help the hair mask penetrate your hair.

After the time is up, wash and condition your hair like normal. Use this mask once a week in the winter for your most beautiful hair yet!
