It’s that time of year where the summer is winding down and we are gearing up for back to school. As each summer comes to a close and we prepare for the new school year, my boys grow up just a little bit more. We are now venturing into the “middle ground”. Where we are not quite little boys but not teens yet. My oldest just turned 11 and going into 6th grade while my youngest may only be 9, he has the attitude of a 13 year old. So, when we are gearing up for school, shopping is becoming a bit more difficult. Long gone are the days of the cute themed backpacks and lunchboxes with puppies and trains.
