This is how you make Quick Vegetarian Fried Rice

Time to Make – 10 minutes

Servings – 3


Simply Balanced Riced Cauliflower – 10 oz bag, from the frozen section.

Ginger – 1/2 tsp, finely chopped or 1/8 tsp Ginger Powder

Garlic – 1 clove, finely chopped or 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Carrot – 1 small, run it in food processor for fine crumbs

Peas, green – 1/4 cup, thawed in microwave for 30 seconds

Cooking Oil – 1 tsp

Soy Sauce – 1/2 tsp

Vinegar, white – 1/2 tsp

Salt & Black Pepper – to taste

Peanuts, dry roasted – 1 tbsp, crushed lightly for garnish


Thaw the Riced Cauliflower bag at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes if you have time or microwave for 2 minutes.

Take a saute pan and heat oi in it. Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic to it. saute for 5 seconds on medium heat.

Now add Carrot crumbs, riced cauliflower, and peas to the pan. Give it a good stir.

Add Soy sauce + vinegar + salt + black pepper. Give it a good stir.

Cover and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Your Quick Vegetarian Fried Rice is Ready.
