Roasted Brussels Sprouts

roasted brussels sprouts

Brussels sprouts were the hated vegetable of the past. That’s because traditionally they have been made boiled (YUCK!) When roasted, brussels sprouts has an entirely different flavor. It tastes smoky and slightly caramelized. It’s a perfect sidedish for Thanksgiving.
