Summer Workbooks From K-6
School’s out for the Summer, and school’s been out for what seems like forever. We didn’t want to pop their summer bubble right away by giving them school work, but now that they have a few good summer weeks under their belt we feel like they can brush up on some school work no problem.
When you go on your next Target run stop by the media section, and pick up one of these workbooks for your little scholar to keep their brains alert and give them a confidence boost before entering the next grade.
KINDERGARTEN
A strong foundation in reading is an asset for any emerging kindergartner. That’s why we love Kindergarten Success With Sight Words. Learning sight words is a critical step in building a strong reading foundation. The book is set up so that each activity is a game, such as a maze, matching, and connecting the dots. This workbook helps kids learn and recognize sight words in an enjoyable way.
1st GRADE
If your little one is a fan of the force then Star Wars Workbook: Grade 1 Math is perfect for your soon-to-be 1st grader.
